TUESDAYS AT OUR HOME #57 & FEATURES

Happy Monday!
Welcome to Tuesdays at Our Home.

I hope you had a wonderful Easter weekend.
Ours was fabulous!
We started the weekend with doing a complete Spring cleaning of our front yard and flower bed.
This took us most of the day, but, so worth it.

It was like a jungle in there!

All the bushes got a good "haircut".

About five hours later and ten trash bags full of clippings, we were able to finish everything off
and add the new mulch we bought last week.

Much better, right?
Sunday, we had a wonderful Easter celebration at our brother's house.
It sure was a fantastic family get together, full of conversation, laughter and great food.

And now, lets take a look at the most viewed links from last week party.

Patti from Old Things New shared a tutorial on how to make your own Spring topiary.
Loved this post. What a beautiful idea!

Christine from Christine's Home and Travel Adventures created a gorgeous Spring tablescape in her home in Florida. Love the color scheme!

Suzanne from Simply Suzanne's shared with us a great recipe for carrot cake cupcakes.
They look so delicious!

Lynda from Reviews, Chews & How-Tos shared a wonderful tutorial on how to make herbal soaps.
I would love to try to make them.
So pretty and I am sure they smell sooo nice.

Lynnie from Cottage Gal Style shared with us her memories of Easter when she was growing up.
What a charming and beautiful post!

Jody from Southern Seazons gave a 70 year old bench a wonderful makeover.
What a beautiful heirloom!

Thank you, again, to all who took the time to participate!
I always appreciate your visits and wonderful comments!

  6. Typepad is not the only one with problems, feedburner was down also. I lost all my bloggers' posts and thought something was wrong with my computer. Turns out others were having the same problems not receiving blogs and the only solution was to 'un-subscribe' from each one then, 're-subscribe...... what a pain! Glad to learn ya'll are okay and back in business. Vicki in Louisville, KY.
