FALL FAMILY ROOM

Hard to believe the month of September is about over.
Before we know it we will be well into Fall and planning on the holiday celebrations.

This year I have not done as much Fall decorating as in the past, just a bit of change in our living areas.
Today I am sharing our family room. The picture quality is not the best since my camera is not acting right,
but here it goes! :)

A SMALL EXTENSION TO THE MASTER

Good day, everyone!
Although Summer is officially over, around here we are still "enjoying" really warm temperatures.
It is hard to get into the Fall mood and start decorating our home.

Our outdoor spaces are still on Summer mode and I thought I share with you all a bit of a change we did to our upstairs balcony/porch a couple of months ago.

REPURPOSING ONCE AGAIN

Hello, everyone.
This year I am taking my time getting our home ready for the Fall season.
I haven't purchased any items, just fabric for some new pillows. I know you are not surprised! :)

When I decide to change things around here, I like to shop the house first before I go out and buy anything.
There is always things you may already have and that can be update for just for a few dollars. That was the case here.

OUR FALL MANTLE

As you already know, the mantle and I have a small fight every time it is time to decorate it. :)
I know you can't really tell in the pictures, but it is very high.
Just the thought of having to use the ladder it is enough for me to think about it twice any time
I want to make changes.

You see, the ladder and I are not good friends at all and I have actually fallen out of it a couple of times in the last few years LOL, sooo, after several hours of up and down with my arms full of pumpkins and breakable items,
(praying the whole time), I am now finished decorating our mantle for Fall and I am not changing a thing! LOL

DIY FALL SUBWAY ART

Hello, everyone!
I hope your week is going well.

It has been about four weeks since I did a blog post.
Life has been extremely busy, but now, with Summer almost over, everything is going back to regular schedules.

I have done several things around the house during the time I have been MIA and I will share them with you in the coming weeks. I have also been getting ready for the new season coming up very soon and today I am sharing a small Fall project.

WELCOME!

I hope everyone had a wonderful Labor Day weekend.
Ours was very productive and we finally finished the project we set up to do.

And even our "supervisor" was happy with the result. :)

I will be sharing with you all soon the finished product.

Meanwhile, lets take a look at last week features.
