YELLOW/GRAY ON THE FRONT PORCH

it just dawned on me that I never shared with you the changes I made to the porch a while back.

After the holidays, it sat empty for a few weeks, I just didn't know what to do with it and every time
I went in and out of the house it just didn't feel like home.
Even after a while my family started complaining! LOL

In February, and since I didn't decorate for Valentine's this year, I made a new wreath and some pillow covers
to bring a little happiness to the porch. I went with a gray and yellow theme.

I am getting ready to change it soon and decorate it with some Spring/Easter colors, so let me give you a small tour.

Come on up and let me show you around.
It is not much, but it has served us well for the last couple of months.

You all know how much I like to add pillows to our bench. :)
This time around I used different texture and pattern fabrics in gray and yellow.

On the door I still have the same wreath I blogged about a few weeks ago.

By the front door I just have a pretty plant and the sign post with a new welcome sign.

To make the sign, I bought the piece of wood at the Habitat store for $1.00, gave it a coat of paint and I
made a vinyl design using the Silhouette Cameo.

Very simple, but just these few items have given the porch a more homey feeling during the winter months.

Thank you for visiting. I appreciate it all of you!
