Hi, everyone!
Today I am sharing a very simple and economical wreath I made for my front door.
It didn't cost me anything since I used everything I already had at home and some leftover materials.
I started with my old wreath from last year. The poor thing has been every color of the rainbow :) and I think I may have to retire it soon, but for now it sits, once again, proudly on our front door.
I had some leftover material from the pillows I made for the bench, not much, but enough to make some fabric flowers to which I added some little pearls in the center like I did with my stenciled winter pillow.
My daughter taught me how to make these a while back.
So simple!
And after those were finished and attached to the wreath, I added these little looking branches
I had from a long ago project.
It still looked like it needed something else, so I went looking in my box of ribbon and realized
I had some with the little beads on it. I forgot I had this! :)
I asked my husband to cut me a little piece of thin wood which I painted white and stenciled a snowflake on it using the same color paint I used for the winter pillow.
And here is what it looks like all put together
I am keeping it simple this year, since I know I will start getting the "Spring fever" here soon
and the porch will get a completely different makeover. :)
What do you guys think?
I will post pictures of the porch soon.
Thank you for stopping by and taking the time to live me a comment. I really appreciate your visits!
See you all soon!
