Good morning!
And a chilly one at that! We are sitting at 36 degrees in Texas.
It is very shocking to us! We don't know how to act. LOL

Remember this past week I showed you how last year I changed the look of my Christmas tree for the first time.
Well, after I did the tree, the old wreath for the door looked very much out of place.

So using leftovers of the same flowers and ribbon from the tree, it also got a makeover.
The best part is that it was free to do since I used what I already had.

I used some of the Dollar Tree picks I had left from making the garland for the stairwell and the leftover flowers from the tree.

And some of the Dollar Tree ribbon

Very easy and inexpensive project.
Now, this year, I am going in a completely different direction and I hope I can make it look right.
I made a brand new wreath for the door also using materials I already had and some new items I made myself.

Hope you are all having a great weekend.
Stay warm! :)

  1. Lovely different Ma. Elena, it's so pretty, I love it in White, very elegant! Hope you come by and visit. Enjoy your weekend.

  2. I love the white on both your wreath and your tree! Sometimes a little change is good for the soul, makes everything seem new and fresh again! Isn't it amazing, though, the dramatic difference such a simple swap of color can make?

  3. Love the wreath! Both ways!! And your drop cloth curtain Tute was great!!

  4. I love this, so pretty. Great transformation. Love the white. Hugs, Marty

  5. You do such a great job on your decor. I love the white wreath :)

  6. Oh! So pretty! You have that magic touch with wreaths. Love seeing what you are up to.

  7. I love the idea of recycling holiday décor to create a fresh new look - pretty and practical! And it's chilly here too, 19 degrees this morning - brrrr!

  8. Both wreaths look beautiful, Maria Elena, but the white is so elegant!
