OLD WREATH / NEW LOOK

Good morning!
And a chilly one at that! We are sitting at 36 degrees in Texas.
It is very shocking to us! We don't know how to act. LOL

Remember this past week I showed you how last year I changed the look of my Christmas tree for the first time.
Well, after I did the tree, the old wreath for the door looked very much out of place.

So using leftovers of the same flowers and ribbon from the tree, it also got a makeover.
The best part is that it was free to do since I used what I already had.

I used some of the Dollar Tree picks I had left from making the garland for the stairwell and the leftover flowers from the tree.

And some of the Dollar Tree ribbon

Very easy and inexpensive project.
Now, this year, I am going in a completely different direction and I hope I can make it look right.
I made a brand new wreath for the door also using materials I already had and some new items I made myself.

Hope you are all having a great weekend.
Stay warm! :)

  2. I love the white on both your wreath and your tree! Sometimes a little change is good for the soul, makes everything seem new and fresh again! Isn't it amazing, though, the dramatic difference such a simple swap of color can make?
