Hello, there!
I hope everyone's week is going well.
Today, I just have a quick post to share the Fall wreath I put together for this new season.
It is taking me so long this year to get our home decorated for Fall that I just had to come up with an easy solution.
I bought two long berry bushes at Kirklands for $5.00 each and just added them to a simple grapevine wreath.
Didn't even had to glue them. :)
I made a bow using two different kinds of burlap ribbon I had in my stash.
And it was done!
Took me about fifteen minutes to put it together and for $10.00, who can ask for more? :)
The porch is almost finished, I just have to go get some pretty Fall flowers to add to it, which it will have to wait until the weekend when I can get some help since I am walking around with a broken toe
and a very swollen black and blue foot. Don't ask!!! LOL
Enjoy the rest of your day!

Hope your toe is feeling better. That pesky ladder! :) Love your wreath! I'm always amazed at what you can create! Those simple and quick projects are just the best! I've got to get some of that pretty burlap ribbon they have out now.
ReplyDeletegreat job Moni. I love grapevine wreaths
ReplyDeleteLovely wreath for the season. Such an inspiration. The burlap ribbon is perfect against the grapevine.
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by and your kind comment.

This is simply gorgeous!! Simple and so pretty. Where did you find the burlap bow...I thought you were going to say you stenciled/painted it...you are so very clever that way!! I was at a place today that had a simple wreath 3X smaller than this and not nearly as detailed for $14.00!!! Terrible.
ReplyDeleteThank you for your comment today. So excited to welcome my granddaughter into the world in February (a long time off!!).

ReplyDeleteMaria, honestly sometimes the simple things look the best. Your frugal hand done wreath is perfect. I love it.
ReplyDeleteWell done!!! Have a wonderful weekend.
So sorry about your toe! The pain we endure to decorate! Love your simple wreath! It's perfect for fall and I love that it was easy and cheap! Happy weekend!

So of course you have us all guessing now, as to what you did to your foot. :-) So sorry, for I know that's painful! Not that I'm suggesting how this happened, but FYI, I started carrying a flashlight with me to the bathroom at night. LOL You have created a beautiful fall wreath for that gorgeous front door! It inspires me. I hope I'm still inspired when I get back from getting a haircut. Lovely blog! I'm your newest follower. :-)
ReplyDeleteVery pretty wreath. Summer is finally over. Time to start decorating around here too.
ReplyDeleteI love the simplicity of this wreath, and that bow is gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteIt's simple but it looks great. I still have so more to do around the outside of our home. Waiting to do the inside after the painter finishes!
