Hi everyone!
Today I am back to share with you our Fall decorated back porch.
This is my first time decorating this space for Fall since we bought our new outdoor furniture
and our deck was finished.
I am still in the process of making new curtains for this space, but let me show you what I have already done.
It all started when my husband and I spent a morning visiting a community garage sale.
That day I found these two pretty pillows and I knew right away I wanted to use them on the back porch and for
$5.00 for the pair, I had nothing to loose.
$5.00 for the pair, I had nothing to loose.
On the coffee table I used the metal bucket I already had and added some faux fall flowers with similar colors
as the pillows.
Next to it you will find the old lantern with a set of small candles I found at Walmart and a real pumpkin that was just too cute to leave behind at the store.
On the side of one of the chairs I placed the old crate full of pretty orange mums.
And I decorated both end tables with some candles, a Fall sign and another pot of mums.
I found the mums also at Walmart for $3.00 each.
And on our new screens, I placed a wreath I made last week using the same sunflowers as the ones
on the coffee table.
It was very economical to add the Fall decor on the porch. By using some things I already had or that I made,
I was able to make these changes for under $20.00.
What do you think?
Now that we have some cooler days, you will find me here in the morning enjoying a cup of coffee.
It has become one of my favorite "rooms" in the house. :)
I don't know if I will have a chance to be on the blog again this week, so I just wanted to thank you for your visit
and wish you all a wonderful weekend.
Until next time!

I love your porch! The first thing I noticed was the pillows - I can't believe you paid only $5 for these beauties.
ReplyDeleteIt's so warm and cozy with all the extra touches you added. I wouldn't want to go inside!
So pretty, Maria! I love all the fall colors and the outdoor lamp is great!
ReplyDeleteVery cute and cozy. I want to hang out here! :)
ReplyDeleteMaria Elena, your back porch looks like a relaxing place to spend some leisure time in the autumn air. Great job using what you had and adding just a few new things to update. I would want to grab some tea and a magazine and sit out there all the time.
ReplyDeleteTerrific fall decorations that make your outdoor space even better! Great pillows, both the sale ones and the ones you made. Your 'mums add just the right splash of colour - mine have seen so much rain this year, they are "done"! Enjoy your "coffee mornings" in your cooler temps!
ReplyDeleteYour $5 pillows are outstanding! What a great find!!
ReplyDeleteEverything is so pretty, Maria Elena! The colors in those two pillows are so perfect for Fall.
ReplyDeleteWarm hugs,
Carol
