Today, I am sharing a small Spring project I just made last week and that I hope to be able to incorporate
unto my Spring mantle decor.
There is many different samples of Spring subway art on the Internet that you can print for free.
My daughter found this one for me here and it was just perfect.
I don't think this blog is active any longer, but I still wanted to give the due credit.
This art will print as an 8x10.

I have a bunch of old frames in my storage closet, so I picked the one I thought it would look best
and sprayed painted it white.
I forgot to take a picture of the frame before I starting applying the paint, but it looked just like the one on the picture.
The little paint I buy at Hobby Lobby. It is craft paint in a spray can and it works beautifully.
It comes in many different colors and textures. I used Gloss white for this project.
And I made a little pink burlap flower to give it a little more color.
Very simple and inexpensive project.
Mine was free, since I already had all the items needed on hand.
I will be sharing soon how I used this small project as part of my Spring decor.
Thank you so much for stopping by and taking the time to leave me a comment.
And thank you again for all the support!
I really appreciate all of you. See you soon!

ReplyDeleteSo sweet. I like that the words have color that matches the spirit of the message.
ReplyDeleteYou gave this simple subway art an "oh, so pretty" home. Great idea to add the little pop of color with the burlap flower.
