Hello, everyone!
Welcome to Tuesdays at Our Home.
Before I start this party, I want to share something with you, a display my daughter put together
for the entrance of the library where she works.
for the entrance of the library where she works.
I am so proud of the job she did, I just had to share with you. :)
She started with a dress form which she decorated using leaves from Dollar Tree.
You see those crates? Well, they are not crates, they are plain old cardboard boxes that she painted
using a technique she watched on a video. Aren't they awesome?

They look just like wood crates!
The sign over the display I made for her.
It is simple, I just used some burlap to cover the back of the frame, cut out some vinyl letter
and added a few Fall leaves to it.

They are receiving many compliments of their display. :)
Isn't it pretty?
Here are the links to where she got her inspiration from in case you are interested.

What a gorgeous display, Maria Elena! Very clever painting the boxes to look like crates. I had to look twice (and closely) after you mentioned they were boxes. She, apparently, gets her creativity from her Mom! : )
