Hello!
Welcome to Tuesdays at Our Home!
I hope you all had a great weekend.
Ours was pretty good, full of home projects once again :) but having fun doing them.
As long as there is Ibuprofen, we are good to go. LOL
This weekend we finished the tile on the porch, I will show you pictures soon and also did a little shopping and bought two new outdoor fans to replace those ugly builder lights.
How is that possible???? We were just talking about Summer fun, vacations and Summer decor for our homes!
To me, this means it is time to start planning and that is what I am doing. I want to take my time this year.
I have been working on some Holiday crafts, making placemats and runners for my kitchen and of course, a few pillows for around the house and the front porch.
My craft room looks like Santa's workshop. LOL

But that is ok, this year I need to be prepared before hand since it looks like we will be taking a small and unexpected trip just a few days before Christmas for a very special reason. :) Can't wait!!!

ReplyDeleteMaria, thanks for hosting such a great party. Sorry to be late arriving....when it rains it pours. I'm excited about your trip!;)
ReplyDeleteI am still enjoying all of my Fall decor, but I am starting to get excited for Christmas. Since we don't do Thanksgiving here (our "Chefy" son says that is his favorite meal to prepare), I usually have my Christmas decorating finished by Thanksgiving. I know it's kind of early for some, but I do enjoy having it up for an entire month.
ReplyDeleteSince we made our home in the Great Northwest (Washington & Oregon) for many years, I'm really excited about what you have planned.
I also wanted to let you know why I'm not joining your party each week. I have scaled back to no more than two parties on any particular day, because I didn't feel I could do a sufficient job of visiting the other party attendees. Now I'm trying to switch off which parties I link to each week and hopefully do a better job of participating. Hope you understand -- I really do enjoy your party, Maria Elena!
