Slowly but surely, our home is getting decorated for Spring.
Not a huge change, but just a few Spring/Easter items here and there.
Today I am sharing the few changes I have made in the kitchen.
When changing decor, I always start with the island and the put the colors from there for the rest of the room.
The only thing new on this vignette is the glass jar.
I found it at Ross and right away I knew I "needed" it for my kitchen. :) The rest of the items I have had for years.
On the breakfast area I made new pillow covers in a pretty Spring green and added some flowers and the little bunny family I had from previous years.
The fresh tulips were a gift from my daughter.
I kept the window seat the same since the bird cage goes well this time of the year and the blue pillow carries into the kitchen the colors I used to decorate our family room.
And because I just can NOT leave things alone, at the last minute I added a few Easter eggs
to the flower bunches on the island.

I have been working on the family room and mantle Spring decor and I am also trying to put together a new guest bedroom so I will be back soon with some new posts.
Until then, enjoy the rest of your week.
Take care!
